A daily production capacity of 50 tonnes for both hot and cold processes, we ensure seamless production flow. Our multiple state-of-the-art filling and packaging lines cater to both liquid and paste formulations, enabling us to package up to 50 shipping containers per month. Our in-house lab is equipped with well over 170 advanced quality testing capabilities that reinforce Exsan’s commitment to delivering high-performance solutions across engine care, fuel additives, cooling systems, transmission fluids, brake systems, and more. We possess over 100+ customized moulds for various packaging solutions, a dedicated in-house design team, and a dedicated shipping and logistics team ensuring seamless global supply chain management.
Currently operating within a 25,000 sq. ft. production area, Exsan is on the path to expansion and are augmenting the existing manufacturing capacity with a new 3-acre facility set to be commissioned in the next 2 years.
